It’s beginning to get a little warm for hot coffee after dinner. Not to worry, coffee lovers! This little beverage is the perfect mix of dessert and nightcap.
All you need is:
8 oz. hot coffee
2 oz. Bailey’s Coffee liqueur
1/2 tsp. cocoa powder
1/2 tsp. sugar
Brew coffee according to your preferences. Pour hot coffee into a cocktail shaker and add sugar and cocoa. Mixing these while the coffee is still hot helps it dissolve better. Add Bailey’s and fill shaker with icecubes. Shake well and strain into glass. Mmmmm. Cold coffee goodness with a kick.
